The subject matter of the company is the manufacture and sale of household appliances, household objects and textiles of all types, the rendering of services as well as the participation in production, service and trading companies of any and all types. The collection, processing and use of data for the company’s own business operation serve the purpose of pursuing the above-mentioned intentions.

5. A description of the groups of persons concerned and of the corresponding data or data categories:
Customer data, staff data as well as data from suppliers in as far as such are necessary to pursue the purposes indicated under 4.

6. Recipients or categories of recipients that could be informed of the data:
Public offices when legal requirements having priority are on hand, external contractors as per §11 BDSG as well as external and internal departments to allow the purposes mentioned under 4. to be pursued.

7. Standard periods for the erasure of the data:
The legislator has decreed many storage obligations and time periods. After expiry of these periods, the corresponding data are erased as a matter of routine. In as far as certain data is not affected by this, it is deleted as soon as the purpose indicated under 4. lapses.

8. Planned data transfer into third-party states:
No transfer of data to third-party states is planned.
