Norbert Muschong has been with the Vorwerk Group since 1994. He learned the direct-selling business from scratch, starting as a sales trainee and later going into sales management. Managerial positions in concept development for the Kobold sales organization in Germany and strategic corporate development at the Vorwerk Holding followed. More recently, Norbert Muschong has been responsible for the conceptualization and establishment of Vorwerk Direct Selling Ventures GmbH. At its inception he was named Managing Director of Vorwerk Ventures.

Norbert Muschong holds an MBA from the University of Tübingen and a BA from the University of Mannheim.
