Vorwerk Ventures focuses its investments on companies that use direct-selling channels. This focus, combined with the sound background of a global direct-selling family-owned enterprise, differentiates Vorwerk Ventures from pure financial investors and offers a unique investment approach:

• We know the benefits of taking a direct path to the customer and we can draw upon the experience and expertise of one of the largest and most longstanding direct-selling companies – the Vorwerk Group.
• With our minority investments we consider ourselves a partner to entrepreneurs, aiming to add quantifiable value to their companies at the development stage by providing them with strategic support.
• We respect the inspiration, competence and motivation of entrepreneurs. This is why we have no involvement in their day-to-day business. We provide support where needed, while the operational activities of the companies are in the hands of their respective managers. Our partnerships are based on trust, honesty, respect and fairness.
• In accordance with the tradition of our family enterprise, we work with our partners to develop sustainably successful businesses that strive for profitable long-term growth.
• We think and act like entrepreneurs. Therefore, we share entrepreneurial risk and opportunities with our partners. We provide our financing in the form of equity.
